British Columbia provincial nomination

BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

British Columbia nominates skilled workers and entrepreneurs through the BC PNP. Skills Immigration is the worker pathway; Entrepreneur Immigration is for people who will start or buy a business. Some worker streams can be Express Entry–aligned. WelcomeBC changes occupations, registration, and pauses — confirm the live Skills Immigration guide before you register.

Enhanced or base

Skills Immigration

  • For workers with the experience, education, and language BC needs, often with a job offer
  • May include an Express Entry BC option when the province is aligning nominations with the federal pool
  • Registration and invitations (when used) are run on WelcomeBC — lists and pauses change

Base (non–Express Entry)

Entrepreneur Immigration

  • For experienced entrepreneurs who will establish or buy a business in B.C.
  • Not an Express Entry worker stream — follow WelcomeBC’s entrepreneur guides

Stream names, occupation lists, and intakes change. Always confirm on the provincial site and on canada.ca before you apply. VisaBridge does not invent CRS cut-offs or provincial fees.
