• Must live in nominating state for 2 years

A provisional visa for skilled workers nominated by a state/territory or sponsored by an eligible family member to live and work in regional Australia.

• 15 points for regional nomination
• 5-year provisional visa
• Pathway to PR via subclass 191
• Must live in regional area

Permanent residency for holders of subclass 491 or 494 who have lived and worked in regional Australia for 3 years and meet income requirements.

• No points test required
• PR after 491/494 pathway
• 3 years regional residence
• Minimum income threshold (TSMIT)

A temporary visa allowing employers to sponsor overseas workers for positions they cannot fill with Australian workers.
